This beautiful original country house is located in Teramo district, some kilometers away from the village of Cellino Attanasio. The motorway leading to Rome is just 25 min. and the closest beach 35 min. (mainly by highway).  Rome airport (Ciampino) is 2 h. drive. The airport of Pescara is 55 min. away. The skiing resort of Prati di Tivo is about 1h 5".
