In the
heart of Tuscan countryside just few km from
Radicondoli, about 30 km from Siena, 60 km from
Pisa and about 50 km drive from Florence, for sale
main stone building and stone annex. The main

The first living unit

two storey building : on the ground floor there is
a wide room as dining area and cooking area and on
the first floor there is the loft with bedroom and
bathroom. The sale comprises 2,5 ha of land whose
the greatest part is wood and chestnuts. From the
place it is possible to admire a wonderful
panoramic view over the surrounding countryside.
